Balador is the supreme Chantry of Cult of Ecstasy. It is surrounded by the city of Altua.
Wellsprings (Mage20 core pg. 79) would be a great way for the Cult of Ecstasy to get Quintessence without having many Nodes or Chantries. Fits in with the drifter image I want for my setting.

In the 1400s or 1500 Tali Eos wrote The Nine Sacred Passions. The book describes the connection between passion, soul & Ascension.
I like the initial idea of the Cult of Ecstasy in the 1st Edition rulebook. Mages are intelligent, innovative people. Why can’t they create a new faction in modern times? Mage books only allow new factions when they’re tied to technology.
Lexicons of both Tradition books have a lot of overlap. Many terms from Hinduism have been pulled into CoE thought.
