Mokteshaf Al Nour (Collectors of Light) first appears in Guide to the Traditions pg. 101. They are one of the founding members of the Web of Faith with the Ahl-i-Batin. They had 5 sects in their early days:
They later became more secular & joined the Technocracy except for a small group that held to their Islamic faith. Some say this small group joined the Ahl-i-Batin. Others say House Shaea is secretly trying to bring them into House ex Miscellania in the Order of Hermes. Others say the Alexandrian Society of the Celestial Chorus or the Sons of Ether want them.
