Explorator Guilds
Order of Reason pg. 130 describes the guilds.
- Alexandrians travel mostly over land & in Europe. They cooperate with other Conventions frequently to help them travel & succeed far from home. They have many linguists.
- Heculinians seek adventure & difficulties to overcome. They travel far in these pursuits & like to join Daedalean cabals that travel far or oppose overwhelming odds.
- Guild of Forge & Sail specializes in shipbuilding. They also keep a keen eye on increasing their political influence so their goals won’t be thwarted.
- Odysseans travel far from home & keep ships together while moving in the right direction.
- Order of the Grail explores unknown places & records what they learn. They are experts in navigation & cartography. They negotiate carefully with other Conventions to benefit from their voyages.
- League of St. Paul help Gabrielites establish missions oversees. Some see this guild as a route to quick advancement as new lodges are established.
