- Knights of Radamanthys - public relations & warriors. Revised Edition links them to Greek arts. Euthanatos Revised states they started as judges inside the Pomogranate Deme but in the Middle Ages grew to be protectors of Greek thanatoic mages.
- Lhaksmists - technological group. Interesting write-up pg. 82 Guide to the Traditions. Euthanatos Revised links them closer to Indian Euthanatos.
- Madzimbabwe - African. Connected to Great Zimbabwe. Priests by day, witches by night to punish those who block the spirits. Connect ancestor spirits to families for proper order. Disparate group in Sorcerers Crusade.
- Natatapas - oldest group. Indian, traditional. Means “holy dancers”.
- Pomegranate Deme - Greek. Interesting idea pg. 94 Guide to the Traditions: resurrection arts allow dying members to be reborn as new initiates. Euthanatos Revised pg. 47 links them to Cabiri mummies.
- Scholars of the Wheel - small scholarly group, well hidden. Called Chakramuni in Euthanatos Revised.
New Groups in Euthanatos Revised
- Devasu - Replacement for Consanguinity of Eternal Joy but they don’t police internal threats. Formed in 1997. Uses curse magic & assassination to defend Euthanatos from external threats. Yogic discipline & martial arts to focus power of Rudra, archer of the Vedic gods.
- Ta Kiti. - inside Madzimbabwe. They are voodoo/santeria mages.
Pg. 94 Guide to the Traditions mentions the Pallottino family descended from the ancient Etruscans. Some are mages, some are mediums & hedge wizards. They are wealthy & focus on death-related magic. They are nominally members of the Euthanatos but the connection is weak. They keep to themselves.
Guide to the Traditions chapter 3: Order of the Black Willow is a barrabi group that takes its lead from Romanticism. Gothic horror, Victorian occultism led to spiritual corruption.
Bad Guy Groups
- Apad-Dharma (Law Under Duress) started around Bombay. Pursued antinomian Tantra & sought to accumulate Jhor (death taint). Revered Mara, evil goddess. Infernalists.
- Nagaraja vampire group (Dirty Secrets of the Black Hand) started out as Euthanatos during the Himalayan War. This group started out as the Idran. The Idran wanted to combine death & life. They experimented with lichedom.
- Vizadagni (All Consuming Fire) 503 BC Euthanatos who believed evil beings pretending to be Vedic gods. Believe they should help their masters destroy creation so a better one can be built. Teachings recorded in the Anachakra Veda given them by a being pretending to be Vishnu.

- Hierochthonoi - Hellenic influence
- Madzimbabwe - African influence
- Vrati - political group that interfaces with outside mage factions & looks at issues facing the Euthanatos as a group.
