Centered in Hawaii but present on some other Polynesian islands.

Don’t lose reliance on foci as they advance. Very limited by their traditions.

Dead Magic 2 pg. 21 states the Kopa Loei are only Hawaiian mages. In Revised Edition some joined the Dreamspeakers but most were broken up by the Technocracy. Some may have fled to other Polynesian islands to join other Polynesian disparate groups.
